The services and care at the Pet Emergency Clinic are carefully and thoughtfully priced for our Spokane community. However, we are a specialty service and our fees reflect the level of medical care provided outside traditional clinic hours. Much like a human emergency room, our fees are higher than a standard primary care provider. You are encouraged to discuss any questions you may have about our fees with the staff or veterinarian on duty.
A written estimate will be provided and discussed with you after the examination. After estimate approval, a 75% deposit may be collected prior to treatment. Any balance for care is due at the time your pet is discharged. We accept multiple forms of payment including Cash, VISA, Mastercard, and Discover. We offer 2 different options for extended payment through outside financial services: Care Credit or Scratchpay. Care Credit accounts must be set up prior to treatment. Scratchpay is set up via your smartphone and can be done in minutes.

In order to maintain our high standard of service, we require that payment is made at the time services are rendered. We provide estimates for all surgeries and hospitalizations. If you have not received an estimate, you are welcome to request one at any time for your expected charges.
